Oshiomhole names Atiku APC’s best campaign manager.

Senator Adams Oshiomhole of Edo North said that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has become the All Progressives Congress’s (APC) best campaign manager.

Speaking on Channels Television’s “Politics Today,” Oshiomhole noted that Atiku has been targeting opposition figures such as Peter Obi.

He added that the APC is not concerned about rivals like the African Democratic Congress (ADC) or the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).

“You mean that APC would be worried about ADC, NDC? I saw Atiku; he is now our best campaign manager because he is attacking Obi, and I see Obi attacking Amaechi,” Oshiomhole said.

Atiku and Obi had previously run together on the same ticket, but the former Anambra State governor later defected to the Labour Party and contested the 2023 presidential election.

In January 2026, Obi re‑joined Atiku in the ADC before defecting to the NDC a few days ago.

It is believed that Obi will run for president with Rabiu Kwankwaso on the NDC platform.
