Opah Wins Abia APC Governorship Primary, Defeating Former Minister

Businessman Eric Opah has secured the All Progressive Congress (APC) governorship nomination for Abia State.

In the primary, he defeated former Minister of State for Science and Technology Henry Ikoh.

The outcome was announced by the APC governorship and House of Assembly returning officer, Mr. Bato Nylong.

According to the returning officer, Opah received 126,977 votes, while Ikoh garnered 5,905 votes.
