Oliseh predicts Real Madrid will sack Mourinho again.

Former Super Eagles midfielder Sunday Oliseh has stated that Jose Mourinho will not remain at Real Madrid beyond three years.

Mourinho is set to begin a second tenure with the LaLiga club.

The 63‑year‑old will depart Benfica to assume the Madrid role this summer.

He is expected to sign a three‑year contract.

According to Soccernet, Oliseh believes Mourinho typically experiences a burnout in the third year at the clubs he manages.

“Sadly, there’s the third‑year burnout, like at Manchester United and Spurs. Mourinho needs external enemies to thrive, and when he has none, he looks inside,” Oliseh said.
