A 34-year-old German woman Fatima Zaunbrecher has claimed that Bayern Munich France international Michael Olise is the father of her 20-month-old daughter.

According to Daily Sports, Zaunbrecher told German publication, Bild, than Olise officially acknowledged paternity after a DNA test. So far, the player has not commented publicly on the matter.

Zaunbrecher claims she met Olise through social media in 2022, when the Frenchman was playing for Crystal Palace. Their long-distance relationship lasted about two years, and just two weeks after their breakup, she discovered she was pregnant.

According to her, Olise insisted on a paternity test. The procedure allegedly took place in Munich and confirmed that the footballer is indeed the father, after which he officially recognized his daughter.

However, Zaunbrecher says the player has never met the girl, and all communication between the parties happens exclusively through lawyers. She also claims she has not received any financial support. Olise’s representatives reportedly offered child support, but she considered the proposed amount unacceptably low.

Meanwhile, people close to the footballer deny that Olise refused contact with the woman or child. There has been no official statement from the player or his representatives, so Zaunbrecher’s allegations remain her version of events.

In the 2025/26 season, Olise made 52 appearances for Bayern, netting 22 goals and delivering 31 assists.

The former Crystal Palace star made history at the just concluded FIFA World Cup 2026 by becoming the first player to provide seven assist, Beijing the record held by the late Brazil legend Pele.
