Nigeria Qualify For 2026 Volleyball African Nations Championship

Nigeria have qualified for the 2026 African Nations Championship in Democratic Republic of Congo in September.

On Friday, Nigeria defeated Benin Republic 3-1 to remain unbeaten at the qualifiers in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire on Friday, July 17.

After losing the first set 21-25, Nigeria bounced back in the second set with a 25-21 victory.

The team went on to take the third and fourth sets 25-15, 25-20 respectively.

It is the team’s fourth consecutive victory in the ongoing qualifiers.
