N-Youth League Cup Announces Super 8 Playoff Draw

The second edition of the N‑Youth League held its Super 8 play‑off draw ceremony yesterday in Abuja.

The event was attended by Dr Ademola Are, President of the Nigeria Rugby Football Federation (NRFF); Dr Ayo Hammed Abdulrahman, Chief Operating Officer of the Nigeria National League (NNL); and former national team goalkeeper Emmanuel Babayaro.

Following the draw, Kano Pillars will face Right2 Win, Mailantarki will play Sunshine FC (U‑19), Sporting Supreme will meet House of Prayer, and Kwara FA will contest Pepperest Academy.

Winners from these matchups will join Plateau United (U‑19), Grassrunners Ikenne, Darazo Bauchi, and Supreme Kings Abia in the N‑Youth League Super 8 National Championship.

Each team will play three matches; the group winners will advance to the final in Eket, Akwa Ibom State on May 31.

Robinson Adakosa, President of the N‑Youth League, described the championship as a celebration of vision, development, opportunity, and the future of Nigerian football.
