Man allegedly beheads sister and nephew in Enugu community.

Residents of Igbo‑Etiti Local Government Area in Enugu State were shocked after reports emerged that a man allegedly killed his sister and her son in Ekwegbe community.

The claim was made on Saturday by social media influencer Chijinkem Ugwuanyi through a Facebook post.

Ugwuanyi said the suspect, identified only as Nwa Jonah, allegedly beheaded his sister and her son on Friday in Ekwegbe.

“Man behéads his sister and nephew at Ekwegbe, Igbo-Etiti LGA”
“A man identified as Nwa Jonah from Ekwegbe in Igbo-Etiti LGA has beheáded his sister and nephew (son of the same sister he beheáded) yesterday.”
“A similar incident also occurred at #Ukehe, yesterday where a man behéaded his mother under the influence of hard drugs,” Ugwuanyi wrote.

He also mentioned a comparable event in Ukehe community, where a man reportedly killed his mother while allegedly under the influence of hard drugs.

At the time of writing, the circumstances of both incidents remain unclear, and authorities have not yet issued an official statement.
