Maikaba and Uwejamomere choose assistants for the Flying Eagles and Golden Eaglets.

Newly appointed head coaches for the Flying Eagles and Golden Eaglets, Abdu Maikaba and Eboboritse Uwejamomere, have announced their assistant teams.

Maikaba has chosen Ortega Deniran, Abdullahi Biffo, and Usman Mohammed to join his technical staff.

The experienced tactician and his crew will begin working together on Sunday, as the Flying Eagles prepare for the WAFU B U‑20 Championship.

That tournament will act as the qualifier for the 2027 Africa U‑20 Cup of Nations.

Uwejamomere has selected Olumide Joseph Ajibolade, Mohammed Kalli Kachala, and Abdullahi Isa as his assistants.

The Golden Eaglets will compete in the WAFU B U‑17 Championship in September.

That event will serve as the qualification tournament for next year’s Africa U‑17 Cup of Nations.
