Kun Khalifat FC goalkeeper Chijioke Ejiogu stressed how crucial fan support is as the club prepares for its final league match against Wikki Tourists.

Ejiogu said that a strong home crowd can unsettle opponents and help the team secure a vital win.

The experienced shot‑stopper urged supporters to fill the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri en masse to back the side to victory.

"We call our supporters the 12th man because they have a huge impact on us," Ejiogu told the club’s media.

"When they sing, they make it very uncomfortable for the opposition to play against us. We appreciate their love and gesture. It is very important for us to give them a good game."
