Kazeem Royal Properties Teams with APPN to Offer High-Quality Pipes

Kazeem Royal Properties and Constructions Limited has formally joined forces with the Association of Professional Plumbers of Nigeria (APPN) to promote the use of high‑quality pipes throughout the Nigerian construction sector. The partnership was announced during APPN’s national executive inauguration, where Prince Ambassador Kazeem Austin Eletu, the company’s Chairman and CEO, was named the association’s National Adviser. The appointment was presented as a clear statement of intent.

During the event, Eletu urged the industry to adopt robust, genuine pipe materials, emphasizing that inferior products have no place in Nigeria’s future infrastructure.

The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Basorun Ibraheem Babayeju, accepted the honour on behalf of Kazeem Royal Properties and Constructions Limited. He highlighted the company’s unwavering commitment to quality.

“This appointment reinforces our dedication to the development of Nigeria’s plumbing sector. We see it as an opportunity to deepen collaboration between manufacturers, professionals, and policymakers to ensure quality and sustainability in our infrastructure,” said Babayeju.

Babayeju also praised the profession’s progress, noting that plumbers have moved from being overlooked to becoming essential contributors to the construction industry.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Iziaq Kunle Salako, Minister of State for Health and Social Welfare, who stressed the importance of industry‑association collaborations for national development. He highlighted the link between infrastructure and public health, arguing that companies that refuse to cut corners are vital partners for the government.
