Kano: Ganduje’s son chooses NDC nomination form for House of Representatives seat.

A political development has emerged in Kano when AbdulAziz Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the son of former All Progressive Congress (APC) National Chairman AbdulAziz Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, purchased a nomination form to run for the House of Representatives seat covering Dawakin Tofa, Tofa, and Rimin Gado.

AbdulAziz, who has been working with former Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal after leaving his family home, was captured on video explaining his campaign strategy to Tambuwal.

By entering the race, AbdulAziz will contest against an APC candidate in one of the most closely watched House of Representatives contests in Kano.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has continued to strengthen its presence in Kano following former Governor Kwankwaso’s switch from the ADC to the NDC.
