Paris Saint‑Germain’s Champions League triumph brings good news for Michael Jordan and a lucrative opportunity for the former NBA star, according to the Mirror.

PSG became the first club in eight years to defend the Champions League title after defeating Arsenal. Luis Enrique’s side recovered from a goal down to draw 1‑1 at the Puskas Arena before winning on penalties.

Jordan’s brand is expected to benefit from a surge in PSG jersey and merchandise sales. The “Jumpman” logo has appeared on PSG shirts since the partnership began in 2018, when the club became the first football team to be sponsored by the basketball legend’s icon.

Under the royalty agreement with Nike, Jordan receives five per cent of sales of any merchandise bearing his logo. The deal has boosted his earnings in recent years and will likely grow as long as PSG remains a dominant force in Europe.

Although the Nike crest dominated PSG’s Champions League final kit, the Jordan logo has taken its place on the club’s fourth and fifth kits this season. Those uniforms are typically issued for major Ligue 1 fixtures or high‑profile European matches.

Fans are already lining up to purchase PSG’s special edition “Back2Back” jersey following Saturday’s victory in Hungary, in addition to the next season’s official kit.
