Guardiola: “We can’t do anything if Arsenal win,” says on title race

Manchester City’s manager Pep Guardiola said the Premier League title race is beyond their control after the team’s 3‑0 win over Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.

Antoine Semenyo, Omar Marmoush and Savinho each scored, bringing City only two points behind Arsenal.

Both clubs now have two matches remaining: City will face Bournemouth and Aston Villa, while Arsenal will play Burnley and Palace.

When asked about the title battle, Guardiola replied, “It depends on them [Arsenal]. If they win two games – nothing to do, nothing to talk.”

“All we can do is be in it just in case. The last two games are tough,” he added.

City’s next match will be the FA Cup final against Chelsea on Saturday.
