Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions (GRDS) has added enhancements to its G‑Ease platform to broaden shareholder access to Annual General Meetings (AGMs), making the proceedings more reachable and convenient for investors wherever they are.
The upgrade arrives as expectations for shareholder engagement shift, with growing demand for flexible, technology‑driven access to corporate information and interaction platforms.
Acting Managing Director of Greenwich Registrars & Data Solutions Ltd, Anne Mutuah, said the improvement reflects the firm’s commitment to enhancing the shareholder experience through innovation and greater accessibility.
“AGMs remain one of the most important engagement platforms between companies and their shareholders,” she said. “Our objective is to make access to AGM proceedings easier and more convenient for shareholders, particularly those who may be unable to attend physically.”
She added that the upgrade aligns with broader shifts in shareholder expectations, where convenience and accessibility are increasingly central to how investors interact with companies.
According to Mutuah, technology is playing an expanding role in shareholder engagement by widening information access and mitigating many of the traditional constraints of physical attendance.
