Governor Idris votes as APC presidential primary begins in Kebbi

Voting began for the All Progressives Congress presidential primary in Kebbi State, with many party members and supporters chanting “Sai Tinubu” while presenting their voting cards.

Governor Nasir Idris attended his polling unit together with former Kebbi Governor Atiku Bagudu, Ambassador Saidu Dakingari, and other party stakeholders to cast their votes.

Officials reported that the governor’s polling unit accredited 5,652 voters, while Nassarawa Polling Unit II accredited 2,825 voters.

The exercise concluded with delegates and party members expressing support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in both polling units.

After the vote at Nassarawa II Ward, Governor Idris, Bagudu, and other party leaders moved to Nassarawa I Ward to observe the ongoing primary election.

The APC presidential primary was held under tight security, with party officials and stakeholders monitoring the process across the wards.
