Galatasaray president Dursun Ozbek has made it clear that the club will not accept a €100 million offer for Victor Osimhen, according to Afrik‑Foot.
Osimhen has been the focus of intense transfer speculation in recent months, even after his €75 million move from Napoli to Galatasaray last summer.
Despite injury setbacks, the Nigerian striker has performed strongly for the Cimbom, scoring 22 goals and providing eight assists in 33 appearances.
As a result, several top European clubs—including Barcelona, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich—have been linked with him, all of whom are actively looking to strengthen their attacking options.
Although the 27‑year‑old has repeatedly expressed his love for the atmosphere and fans at Galatasaray, it is widely believed that a player of his calibre will eventually seek a move to a larger club.
Dursun Ozbek Sends a Clear Message to Osimhen’s Suitors
During Galatasaray’s Süper Lig title celebrations at RAMS Park on Friday, Ozbek emphasized the club’s high valuation of the striker and warned that any interested club would need to exceed the €100 million figure.
“How much would Osimhen be worth if we put him up for sale now? I wouldn’t sell him for €100 million—why would I?” Ozbek said.
“Osimhen has encouraged us. He did his part, both in terms of prestige and performance. It’s a good thing we signed him.”
Securing Osimhen’s signature will be a complex affair for the clubs currently linked with him. In addition to the substantial transfer fee, his wages pose a significant hurdle.
The striker earns approximately €21 million per year, including wages and image rights, a package that would make him one of the highest earners at almost any club worldwide.
Because the former Lille forward still has three years remaining on his contract, he is likely to stay in Istanbul for at least another season.
