Super Eagles head coach Éric Chelle has reaffirmed his squad’s ambition to continue their unbeaten run ahead of a friendly against Poland on Wednesday.

The African champions have not lost in their last five matches.

Chelle’s side last suffered a defeat in the semi‑final of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, when they were beaten by hosts Morocco on penalties.

Before the encounter at the 58,000‑seat PGE Narodowy Stadium in Warsaw, the Malian coach said the team will give everything for a victory.

“Now, we have a team and we are preparing to go out there and win. Winning is the mentality that we are trying to create in the team, in the players. We will go for a win on Wednesday,” Chelle told thenff.com.

The match will start at 7:45 p.m. Nigeria time.
