Fenerbahçe raises its offer to sign Bassey

Fenerbahçe are ramping up their pursuit of Fulham defender Calvin Bassey, reports the DAILY POST.

The Turkish Super Lig club has earmarked the Nigerian international as a target ahead of the summer transfer window.

Presidential candidate Aziz Yıldırım is set to travel to England to meet with Fulham officials, according to the reports.

Yıldırım will also speak with Bassey while in London.

The centre‑back moved to Fulham from Ajax Amsterdam in 2023 for a fee of €22.5 million.

The 26‑year‑old has one year remaining on his contract.
