Human‑rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, musician Folarin Falana—better known as Falz—joined the current “EndBadGovernance” protest in Lagos State.
According to DAILY POST, the demonstrators gathered on Friday morning at the Ikeja Underbridge area of Lagos to voice their concerns over the country’s economic hardship and security crisis.
Participants carried placards calling for urgent action to address the worsening security situation, noting that people are dying daily because of ineffective policies.
Some of the slogans on the signs included: “No Democracy Without Security,” “End Insecurity and Kidnapping,” “End Bad Governance,” and “Free All Abducted Children, Teachers, Farmers,” among others.
President Bola Tinubu has addressed the nation, pledging to end the prevailing security crisis.
The president, who is campaigning for a second term in 2027, promised that the country would triumph over insecurity.
