FA Cup: Chris Sutton predicts the score for the Chelsea vs. Man City final

Former Chelsea player Chris Sutton has issued a score prediction for the upcoming FA Cup final between the Blues and Manchester City.

The match is scheduled for Saturday evening at Wembley Stadium.

In a column for BBC Sport, Sutton forecast a 5‑0 victory for Pep Guardiola’s side.

“Pep rested players in midweek when City beat Crystal Palace and left Erling Haaland out,” Sutton wrote. “Haaland will be back in the team at Wembley, and he will benefit from the rest, along with the likes of Rayan Cherki.”

“Chelsea have been patchy all season, and if they have one of their bad days, then this could get a bit messy for them. Chelsea 0‑5 Man City.”
