EPL: Three coaches leave Liverpool

Liverpool confirmed on Friday that three members of its coaching staff would be leaving the club.

The individuals are Sipke Hulshoff, Ruben Peeters and Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

Hulshoff served as the first assistant coach and the lead physical performance coach.

Peeters joined Liverpool as part of Arne Slot’s new backroom team when Slot was appointed head coach in the summer of 2024.

Van Bronckhorst arrived last summer to take on a role as an assistant coach within Slot’s setup.

All three coaches will depart following the announcement of Slot’s exit as head coach last month.

“Everybody at LFC thanks Sipke, Ruben and Gio for all their efforts and contributions to the club and wishes them the best for the future,” the club’s statement read in part.
