EPL: Casemiro Says Title Race Is Too Close, Predicts Winners

Manchester United midfielder Casemiro has said that Arsenal are the most likely winners of the Premier League title this season, placing them ahead of Manchester City.

The Brazilian made the comment in a recent interview with former United star Rio Ferdinand.

When Ferdinand asked whether Arsenal could secure the championship, Casemiro explained that the Gunners are close enough to achieve it.

“Arsenal, I don’t know if it’s this season or next season, he [Arteta] will win,” Casemiro said.

Ferdinand also asked if Casemiro believes Arsenal will win the title, to which the former Real Madrid star replied, “Of course, it’s too close, it’s too close.”

“It’s the same with Paris [Saint‑Germain]. Four years ago, they lost to us. Messi played there, Neymar, and why did they lose? Because they lost to Madrid [who had a target].”
