Enyimba teenage striker Nelson Sule has said the People’s Elephant are fully focused on the President Federation Cup 2026 title chase and will tackle the campaign “one game at a time,” Completesports.com reports.

The four‑time Cup winners will face Gombe United in the Round of 32 of the 2026 President Federation Cup at McCarthy Stadium, Makurdi, on Monday, 1 June 2026.
Enyimba, Nigeria’s most successful club side, will seek to extend their record by adding another triumph over the Savannah Scorpions.
Sule said there is no pressure within the Enyimba camp despite the expectations that come with a club of such pedigree.

The youngster added that the team’s attention is firmly fixed on executing its game plan and securing passage into the next round of the competition.
“For our game on Monday, we are ready as we take the President Federation Cup 2026 one game at a time,” Sule began.
“We are not under pressure but rather concentrating on working hard to win the game on Monday against Gombe United.”

Monday’s fixture carries extra significance for the promising forward, who hails from Otukpo in Benue State and is expected to enjoy strong local support when Enyimba step onto the pitch in Makurdi.
“I’m excited to return to my home state where my football journey started, and I’m sure my family and fans will be there rooting for us to win,” the youngster added.
