A senior member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Dino Melaye, has signaled that Nigerians are no longer interested in President Bola Tinubu’s potential second term.
Melaye stated that Nigerians can no longer tolerate another four years under Tinubu’s administration, which he describes as corrupt, reckless, incompetent and prodigal.
Posting on X, Melaye wrote: “Tinubu’s second term is no longer about interest but existential. Nigerians cannot afford another four years of a miserable, corrupt, reckless, incompetent and prodigal government.”
The former Kogi West senator also accused Tinubu of treating the lives of Nigerians as a political tool and of undermining democracy, as well as targeting Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State.
“Tinubu is playing politics with the lives of Nigerians, undermining democracy and Gov Seyi Makinde,” he said.
Tinubu is the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, having emerged as the party’s nominee after securing about 11 million votes in the primary election.
