Cubana Chief Priest Calls Losing APC Reps Primary His Only Surprise

Celebrity businessman Pascal Okechukwu, who is better known as Cubana Chief Priest, has commented on the result of the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives primary for the Orsu/Orlu/Oru East Federal Constituency in Imo State.

The Daily Post reports that Cubana, the Imo State Coordinator of the City Boys Movement, was defeated in the primary, receiving only 14 votes.

Netizens widely ridiculed him for failing to secure the APC ticket, even though he has publicly supported President Bola Tinubu.

In a video that has circulated online, Cubana said his only regret was trusting the elders in his community.

He stated, “I’m a hustler, and I didn’t regret trying to contest for a position. My only regret was trusting the elders in the community. I know how much I gave them, but only 14 people voted for me in the primary.”
