Bauchi ADC Endorses Former Vice President Atiku for the 2027 Presidential Election

The Bauchi State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has officially endorsed former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as its candidate for the 2027 presidential election.

The endorsement was announced at a stakeholders’ meeting in Bauchi on Sunday, where party leaders praised Atiku as a seasoned politician equipped to address Nigeria’s economic and security challenges.

During the event, Shu’aibu Dankama, chairman of the Bauchi ADC, explained that the decision followed consultations among party stakeholders who view Atiku as a strong leader capable of steering the nation.

He said, “The endorsement reflects confidence in Atiku’s leadership qualities and ability to restore hope to Nigerians amid rising inflation, unemployment, insecurity and hardship across the country.”

Dankama called on party members to stay united, disciplined and committed as political activities for the 2027 general elections gain momentum.
