Aribo departs Southampton after four-year stint

Nigeria international Joe Aribo has departed Sky Bet Championship side Southampton after his contract expired, reports the DAILY POST.

Aribo was registered with Southampton for four seasons.

The midfielder joined the club from Scottish Premiership powerhouse Rangers in 2022.

During the second half of last season, he was loaned to fellow Championship team Leicester City.

He appeared in six matches for the Foxes, starting only one.

Aribo scored nine goals in 95 league appearances for Southampton.
