APC’s Al‑Ajabin Zazzau, a short‑statured politician, withdraws from the House of Representatives race

Mahmud Sadis Buba, better known as Al‑ajabin Zazzau, has announced that he will not run for the House of Representatives seat representing Sabon Gari Federal Constituency.

The decision was communicated in a letter addressed to the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Kaduna State.

In the letter, the 30‑year‑old, short‑statured politician explained that stepping aside was a difficult choice. “This was not an easy decision. But it was hastened by the reconciliation efforts initiated by stakeholders and leaders of our party,” he wrote.

He added that, after extensive consultations with his family, political associates and other party stakeholders, he felt that withdrawing was in the best interest of the APC. “I believe that uniting behind a single candidate is paramount to our victory in the general election and for the continued progress of our constituency and state,” the letter concluded.
