Alex Ekubo: Daddy Freeze Criticizes Nathaniel Bassey for Not Performing a Miracle

Media personality Daddy Freeze criticized gospel singer and pastor Nathaniel Bassey for his inability to heal or revive the late actor Alex Ekubo.

The Daily Post reports that during a song service last week, Bassey recounted being called by a pastor friend to minister to Ekubo at the hospital.

He said that Ekubo had died a day before the scheduled visit, yet Bassey still went to the hospital on the appointed date, the day after the actor’s death, to pray with the family.

In an Instagram Live video over the weekend, Daddy Freeze responded to Bassey’s remarks, suggesting that the pastor could have used the visit as an opportunity to bring Ekubo back to life.

“So we’re sitting down minding our business, and Nathaniel Bassey climbs the pulpit, then he blows the trumpet. Ok, you can signify the trumpet in revelation, linking with the end of the world, it was the end of Alex’s world, may his soul rest in peace,” Freeze said.

“But then he starts talking and says he has never met Alex before, but then his pastor friend says they should go and pray for Alex and sing for Alex. They want to go on Tuesday, but Alex died on Monday. And then they still went on Tuesday and still sang and prayed.”

“And I’m like, really? What happened to all your miracles, healing and your resurrection that you post on your platforms? I would have thought this is an opportunity to show your God’s glory,” Freeze added.
