Key Responsibilities

This position is responsible for overall flight operations, safety, and efficiency. Core responsibilities include:

1. Developing and monitoring operational and ATS flight plans.

2. Analyzing weather conditions and optimizing routes and fuel consumption.

3. Maintaining continuous flight watch and monitoring flight progress.

4. Coordinating with pilots, air traffic control and ground operations staff.

5. Managing delays, diversions and emergency situations.

6. Ensuring compliance with NCAA and ICAO regulations.

7. Safeguarding operational safety and performance.

Air Peace Airlines Recruitment 2026 Requirements and Qualifications

Air Peace is looking for experienced and qualified experts with strong technical skills. To qualify, applicants must have:

• B.Sc, HND, or equivalent qualification
• Valid NCAA Flight Dispatcher License
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a qualified Flight Dispatcher.
• Strong understanding of weather analysis and flight planning systems.
• Knowledge of NCAA regulations and ICAO standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aviation software tools
• Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24-hour workplace.
