ADC NEC Announces Results of Presidential and Governorship Primaries

The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has formally approved the outcomes of the party’s recent primaries.

The decision was made during the party’s 101st NEC meeting, which took place in Abuja on Saturday.

National Publicity Secretary Bolaji Abdullahi released a memo indicating that only primaries with pending appeals or those that have not yet been held remain unapproved.

The memo read: “NEC approved the results of all recently conducted primaries for State Houses of Assembly, the National Assembly, governorship, and presidential elections, except those with pending appeals as of May 29, 2026, and those yet to be concluded.”
