The Africa Democratic Congress (ADC) has confirmed that Barrister Mohammad Bello Mustapha remains disqualified from contesting the Taraba North primary election.
The decision was announced in a press statement signed by Group Captain Sule Gani (Rtd), Secretary of the Screening Appeal Committee.
According to the statement, the committee reviewed Mustapha’s appeal and rejected it, thereby upholding his disqualification from the upcoming party elections.
The statement also noted that the committee’s official report contains detailed findings and reasons for the disqualification. The report will be provided to the aspirant at the party’s office in Jalingo.
Despite the ruling, the party praised Mustapha for his willingness to serve the people of Taraba North and for participating in the ADC’s democratic process.
