Akor Adams continued his strong scoring streak as Sevilla rallied from a two‑goal deficit to win 3‑2 against Villarreal at the Estadio de la Cerámica on Wednesday night.

The Nigerian international has scored in consecutive matches for the Rojiblancos, also netting the winner in last weekend’s 2‑1 win over Espanyol.

Villarreal started brightly, with Gerard Moreno finding the net in the 13th minute, followed by Georges Mikautadze doubling the advantage seven minutes later.

Sevilla’s comeback began when Oso equalised in the 36th minute, and Kike Salas restored parity late in the first half.

Adams sealed the turnaround with the decisive goal 18 minutes from the final whistle.

The 26‑year‑old has now tallied 10 goals and three assists in 30 league appearances for Luis García Plaza’s side this season.

He was substituted by Andrés Castrín four minutes before the end. His international teammate Chidera Ejuke remained on the bench.
