Adams scores again as Sevilla beat Villarreal in LaLiga

Akor Adams scored again for Sevilla, helping the team overturn a 2‑0 deficit to defeat Villarreal 3‑2 on Wednesday night.

Villarreal opened the scoring with two early goals in the first 20 minutes, from Gerard Moreno and Georges Mikautadze.

Sevilla’s Oso pulled one back in the 36th minute, and Kike Salas levelled the match just before halftime.

Adams then struck the decisive goal with 18 minutes remaining.

The Nigeria international’s goal marked his 10th league tally of the season.

The Rojiblancos will face Real Madrid in their next league match on Sunday.
