Abia State Government Issues Public Notice to All Land Allottees of Uzoakoli Station Layout

The Abia State Government, through the Office of the Honourable Commissioner of the Ministry of Lands, has notified all individuals who received land allocations at the Government Station Layout in Uzoakoli. All allottees are required to submit their allocation papers and any other relevant documents concerning their plots to the Ministry of Lands in Umuahia for verification and regularization.

All affected allottees must comply within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.

In the public notice signed by ESV. Mong N. Uduma, State Director of Lands, on behalf of the Commissioner, the government warned that failure to present the required documents within the stipulated period may result in the loss of the allocation. The government reserves the right to re‑allocate such plots without further notice.
