2027: Tinubu’s influence leads to APC’s decline, says Buhari’s former aide Onochie

Lauretta Onochie, a former media aide to the late ex‑President Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday accused President Bola Tinubu of destroying everything he touches.

Posting on X, Onochie said the All Progressives Congress, APC, is gone.

She wrote: “Whatever @officialABAT Touches. He destroys. APC is gone.

“Tinubu has no pathway to 2027. He is gone. Tinubu is Gone. God bless Nigeria. Lauretta Onochie @Laurestar.”

Onochie made the remarks in response to an artificial‑intelligence‑generated video showing Buhari interviewing Tinubu about his performance with the APC.

Currently, the APC has 31 governors ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

While the party is determined to return to power, the opposition is also tightening its belt to ensure that Tinubu and the party lose the next election.
