Stop the killings in Zamfara, Fayose tells President Buhari

Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to address the Zamfara killings immediately. He stated this in his reaction to the recent killings in Zamfara in which over 30 people were killed.

Fayose reacting to the ugly incident called on President Muhammadu Buhari to address the killings immediately, adding that securing lives of Nigerians should be his primary responsibility.                                                                He stated this on his verified twitter handle on @GovAyoFayose.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           “So much killings going on in Zamfara State by armed bandits and it is time for us to be united in calling on President Buhari to stop the killings now.                                                                                                                           “Mr President should know that his primary responsibility is to secure the lives of Nigerians and he is failing in that regard.”                                                                                                                                                                                 However, angered by the senseless and wicked killings, Governor Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State had on Friday ordered security agents in the state to shoot and kill anyone caught carrying firearms in the state.
